Strategy

Our strategy was very simple: Get all three of the center balls while blocking the entire width of the table. To do this, we first extend the main arm onto the platform to the side of the center ball, then sweep across, knocking it onto our side. The secondary arm then deploys, blocking the opposite side (our robot's base remains stationary, blocking our side as well), while the main arm sweeps back to position the ramp directly underneath the falling balls. Should the main arm ever become displaced from this center position, it will automatically correct itself. Near the end of the match, the arm will sweep forward once more to attempt to clear the center platform of any balls that happen to remain in the neutral zone.
